Here is another piece of artwork that I, Happy Creator, just finished. Even though you have to be very careful while cutting the “petals”, it turns out very neat!!! I even added sparkly Mod Podge to the pink petals to give a nice and shiny effect!

Henna Craze

Hi guys.  I just wanted to tell you that we will be starting henna tutorials.  Henna or mehndi is a paste made from the powder of the henna plant and applied to the body using a cone or thin stick. After drying, it is scraped off.  The paste stains the skin a reddish-brown but the dye fades after about a week and later disappears completely.  This a beautiful part of Indian and Middle Eastern culture and something I want to share with you. I have taken classes for this but I don’t want this to be a secret art. You can get mehndi cones or powder at Indian, Pakistani or Middle Eastern stores.  So lets start designing!

Glitter-peacock

This is a very beautiful piece of artwork that Happy Creator just finished. To make it, you will need different colored paint chips, glitter glue, and a marker the same color as the body of your peacock. Start by cutting out the body of your peacock. After gluing it on your board, use your marker to make a crest and the legs of your peacock. Start cutting out your feathers out of paint chips-you can vary your colors as you like, but in this case Happy Creator had the feathers going from reddish-purple to very light pink:

Glue the feathers starting from the OUTERMOST LAYER TOWARDS THE INNERMOST, for the best look. Then cut out a D shaped wing and glue it to the side of the peacock. After you are done with all of this, you can start adding glitter to some places, and it also makes the wing pop out a bit if you outline it with glitter, like the picture below:
