Happy International Yoga day!

Today is not only Father’s day, but it is also the first International Yoga day! People all over the world are celebrating this day by doing yoga.

Yoga is a self-healing exercise which anyone can do to treat, or sometimes, CURE many health problems. There are many exercises in yoga, each concentrating on different parts of the body. I have heard so many people who had health problems but could not be cured no matter what they tried. By doing the proper yoga everyday, they are now cured and on their way to a healthy body! I myself do yoga as often as I can, thanks to my amazing mom, who introduced me to yoga!

I really hope anyone who reads this at least gives yoga a try, and who knows? Maybe you’ll start seeing the results from tomorrow!

Happy Father’s day!

Hi everyone!! Happy Father’s day! Of course we all love our dads so much every day, but today is a very special day to show your father just how much you adore him. If anybody wants to share the special thing you did for your dad today, please do!!

Happy Earth Day

Hey guys, just remember that the world does not belong to you, you belong to the world. Make sure to understand the impact your actions have on the Earth and try your best to do your part and give a little back to it. Do something green (i planted a tree! i’ll post pictures soon).
Byeee!

What’s inside does count, but sometimes getting what’s inside out can be just as important.

TP Wall Decor

Heyyy guys. Hows it going? Well I’m really busy and its also a Monday that feels like a Friday sooooo… yeah. Not too fun.  I really want some iced lemon tea because LA is sooo hot! Anyways, I made some wall decor a lonnnngggggg time ago so I feel obliged to finally share it with you. So here we go!

Stuff (i didn’t know what to call it)

  • toilet paper tubes: 10-20 ( you get five pieces from every tube, math it out yourself)
  • scissors ( obviously, i doubt that there is a DIY you could make without scissors)
  • paint
  • brush ( unless you want to finger paint)
  • strong, fast-drying glue (i recommend hot glue)

Cut your tubes into 1 inch thick circular pieces.  I would cut out all of these first instead of doing them as you go.

Once you do this, you can paint the pieces.  I did the inside and outside in different colors.  Then glue these however you want.  I did some flower shapes.20150111_112447

Here’s my finished product:
